Webmasters and SEO analysts reported dynamic observations about Google’s change in ranking strategy. In fact, many perceived these changes as a new Penguin update to prevent spammers from dominating search engine results.
The specialists deduced it as Penguin due to substantial fluctuations in the search engine rankings. However, that wasn’t the case at all.
